What uses a credit? Does another version cost extra?

One finished result uses one credit. Creating another version or trying another lighting style uses another credit, even with the same original photo. Downloading an existing result again does not use a credit. Credits pay for generated results, not unlimited revisions or a pay-only-if-you-approve service.

Can I use the same pack for Sunlit and virtual twilight?

Yes. Every pack includes the same lighting styles and output options. Mix Sunlit, virtual twilight, and other styles across your projects. The differences between packs are the number of credits and the price per image—not feature access.

What size files can I download?

Finished images are downloadable JPEGs. Exact pixel dimensions depend on the source photo and processing path; check the delivered file for its size. High-resolution delivery does not guarantee that every original detail is preserved, so compare the result with your original before client delivery.

Can I use the images in paid client work?

Yes, subject to applicable law and the rights in your source image. Relight Spaces does not claim ownership of your finished images. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy and following any listing or disclosure requirements. See the Terms for details.

Do credits expire, and will I be billed again?

Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open. Packs are one-time purchases: no subscription or automatic renewal. Finished images stay in your private library until you delete them or close your account; originals are normally removed after 90 days. Keep your own downloaded copies.

Will the AI change house numbers or signs?

It can, because AI image models redraw small text. Relight Spaces reads the house numbers and signs in your original and checks them again in the finished image. When one comes out different, it's redrawn to match your original before you see it. If one still isn't right, ask for a fix from My Images at no cost.

What if a result has a problem, or I need a refund?

If processing fails or our automated checks reject a result before delivery, the credit is returned automatically. For a problem with a delivered image, contact support for review. You can request cancellation of a completely unused pack within 14 days. Used-pack purchases are generally final, except where required by law; verified service problems may qualify for a refund or replacement credits under our Terms. AI results vary and should be reviewed before use.

What is virtual twilight photo editing?

It takes a photo shot during the day and turns it into an evening one. The sky, the overall light, the shadows and the glow from windows and lights can all change, and you don't need to go back to the property.

Is day-to-dusk editing the same as virtual twilight?

Pretty much the same thing. Day-to-dusk usually means the shift from daylight into sunset or early evening, and virtual twilight usually means a finished blue-hour or evening photo.

Do I need a RAW file?

No. A JPG, PNG or iPhone HEIC photo works. A clean, well-composed photo with plenty of detail gives you the best result.

Will the building remain exactly the same?

It's built to keep the house recognisable while the light and mood change. AI can still make mistakes, though, so check every result before it goes to a client or into a listing.

Will it change the house number or signs?

AI image models redraw small text, so a twilight can come back with a scrambled house number or sign. Relight Spaces reads them in your original and checks them again after the relight. When one changed, it's redrawn to match your original in the evening light before you see the photo. If one still isn't right, the fix is free.

Can I choose more than one evening direction?

Yes. There are four twilight styles: Soft Dusk for a pastel evening, Classic Twilight for early evening with the lights on, Blue Hour for a deeper blue evening sky, and Golden Hour for low golden sun just before dusk.

Can I make a listing photo look like it was shot at sunset or golden hour?

Yes. Classic Twilight gives a blue evening sky warming to rose near the horizon, with the windows lit. Golden Hour gives low golden sunlight just before sunset, with the lights off.

How much does virtual twilight cost per photo?

One credit makes one finished image, so a photo costs $0.40 to $0.75 depending on the pack (20 for $15, 60 for $36, 150 for $60). Packs are a one-time purchase, with no subscription and nothing that renews, and credits stay in your account for as long as it's open.
