Credit, download & refund questions
What uses a credit? Does another version cost extra?
One finished result uses one credit. Creating another version or trying another lighting style uses another credit, even with the same original photo. Downloading an existing result again does not use a credit. Credits pay for generated results, not unlimited revisions or a pay-only-if-you-approve service.
Can I use the same pack for Sunlit and virtual twilight?
Yes. Every pack includes the same lighting styles and output options. Mix Sunlit, virtual twilight, and other styles across your projects. The differences between packs are the number of credits and the price per image—not feature access.
What size files can I download?
Finished images are downloadable JPEGs. Exact pixel dimensions depend on the source photo and processing path; check the delivered file for its size. High-resolution delivery does not guarantee that every original detail is preserved, so compare the result with your original before client delivery.
Can I use the images in paid client work?
Yes, subject to applicable law and the rights in your source image. Relight Spaces does not claim ownership of your finished images. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy and following any listing or disclosure requirements. See the Terms for details.
Do credits expire, and will I be billed again?
Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open. Packs are one-time purchases: no subscription or automatic renewal. Finished images stay in your private library until you delete them or close your account; originals are normally removed after 90 days. Keep your own downloaded copies.
Will the AI change house numbers or signs?
It can, because AI image models redraw small text. Relight Spaces reads the house numbers and signs in your original and checks them again in the finished image. When one comes out different, it's redrawn to match your original before you see it. If one still isn't right, ask for a fix from My Images at no cost.
What if a result has a problem, or I need a refund?
If processing fails or our automated checks reject a result before delivery, the credit is returned automatically. For a problem with a delivered image, contact support for review. You can request cancellation of a completely unused pack within 14 days. Used-pack purchases are generally final, except where required by law; verified service problems may qualify for a refund or replacement credits under our Terms. AI results vary and should be reviewed before use.

No. Relight Spaces changes the light: its direction, the shadows, the sky, the colour and the mood. It isn't a virtual staging service.
Can I create a virtual twilight image from a daytime photo?
Yes. It can turn a daytime exterior into a virtual twilight. Treat every result as a new version of the light, and check it before it goes to a client or a listing.
Will it change the architecture?
It's built to keep the space recognisable while the light changes. AI can still make mistakes, so check every result before you deliver it or use it in a listing.
Can I process a batch?
Yes. Upload one photo or up to 20 at a time, then apply the lighting style you choose.
What happens if a result fails?
If processing fails, or our automatic checks reject a result before it's delivered, the credit comes straight back to you. If something's wrong with a result you've received, contact support and we'll take a look.
Is there a subscription?
No. Credits come in one-time packs that don't renew. They stay in your account for as long as it's open, and one credit makes one finished image.
Are uploaded property photos private?
Uploads and results are stored privately in your account. Originals are deleted automatically after 90 days, and finished images stay until you delete them.
