Agreement and operator

These Terms are an agreement between you and Relight Spaces, operating the Relight Spaces service. By creating an account, buying credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.

The service

Relight Spaces uses generative AI to create a new version of a photograph with different light, shadow, sky, reflections, practical lighting, or atmosphere. Features, moods, providers, processing times, limits, and output specifications may evolve. We may pause or limit processing to protect customers, quality, availability, or cost controls.

Keep originals and review results

Always keep your original files and normal backups. Relight Spaces is not archival storage. AI can add, remove, blur, reshape, or misread details even when a result looks convincing. You are responsible for comparing each result with the original and deciding whether it is accurate, appropriate, and properly disclosed for its intended use.

Your content and permission to process it

You keep your rights in the photos you upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and edit them. You give Relight Spaces and its service providers a limited permission to store, transmit, process, and reproduce your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backups or records retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Finished images

Subject to applicable law and any rights in the source material, you may use and distribute the finished images created for you. Relight Spaces does not claim ownership of your finished images. We do not promise that an AI output is unique or that intellectual-property rights will exist in every jurisdiction.

Credits, prices, and failed jobs

Credits are prepaid units used to create finished images. The checkout page shows the pack size, currency, price, and any applicable tax before purchase. Credits are not currency, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. One finished result currently uses one credit. A job that fails before delivery or is rejected by the automated quality gate returns its reserved credit automatically.

Except where law requires otherwise, completed credit-pack purchases are final. If no credit from a pack has been used, you may ask to cancel that pack within 14 days of purchase. We may also provide refunds or replacement credits when a verified service problem prevents reasonable use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal content, fraud, impersonation, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive evidence, unlawful discrimination, infringement, malware, account abuse, or attempts to bypass limits or access another customer’s data. Do not upload highly sensitive material that is unsuitable for third-party cloud processing.

Accounts and closure

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and activity under your account. You may delete stored photos, export account data, and close your account from Settings. Closing an account permanently removes access and stored image files; limited transaction, security, and accounting records may be retained or anonymized when reasonably necessary or legally required. Unused credits are forfeited on closure unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Availability and warranty disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Relight Spaces is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for a customer’s publication or use of an inaccurate result. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Relight Spaces in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated in the product or by email when appropriate. We may suspend or close accounts that materially violate these Terms, threaten the service, or create legal or security risk.
