Sun direction, surfaces, vegetation, water, and cast shadows respond together.
Cloudy-to-sunny real estate photo editing
Cloudy day captured. Sunny day delivered.
Upload a flat or cloudy property photograph. Sunlit rebuilds the weather and scene light together, so the result looks naturally sunlit rather than pasted under a blue sky.

Natural sunlight rebuilt across the full scene.
One photograph. See the whole difference.
A blue sky doesn’t make it a sunny photo.
A sky replacement only changes what’s overhead. Sunlit also relights the property, so the roof, walls, and lawn feel like they belong in the same sunny scene.

Built for real assignments
A useful option when the shoot cannot wait.
Use it for overcast exteriors, drone photographs, and listings that need a brighter daytime option without scheduling another visit.
It is still an AI edit. Keep the original and review permanent property details before the image goes to a client or listing service.

Before you promise better weather.
Is this just a blue-sky replacement?
No. Sunlit is designed to relight the photograph as a complete scene, including the sky, surfaces, vegetation, and believable directional shadows.
What kind of source photo works best?
Use a clean, finished composition with readable building detail. Flat or overcast daylight is usually easier to transform than heavy rain, fog, snow, or a frame with badly clipped highlights.
Will it work with my camera or drone?
Relight Spaces accepts JPG, PNG, and iPhone HEIC photographs from different cameras and drones. The delivery pipeline preserves source resolution up to its delivery limit rather than assuming one camera model.
Will the property stay exactly the same?
The workflow is designed to preserve the photographed property while changing light and weather. Generative tools can still make mistakes, so inspect architecture, landscaping, reflections, signs, and small details before delivery.
Should a sunny-day edit be disclosed?
Rules vary by client, marketplace, MLS, and location. Keep the original photograph and follow the disclosure requirements that apply to the listing.
