Is this just a blue-sky replacement?

No. Sunlit relights the whole photo, not just the sky: the walls, the plants and the shadows change too, so the sun actually looks like it's shining on the house.

What kind of source photo works best?

A clean, finished composition where you can see the house clearly. Flat or overcast daylight is usually easier to work with than heavy rain, fog, snow or a photo with badly blown highlights.

Will it work with my camera or drone?

Relight Spaces takes JPG, PNG and iPhone HEIC photos from any camera or drone. You get the result back at the same resolution you uploaded, up to the delivery limit.

Will the property stay exactly the same?

It's built to keep the house as you photographed it while the light and weather change. AI can still make mistakes, so check the architecture, garden, reflections, signs and small details before you deliver it.
